Before you complete your order, please take a moment to read these notes. As an international customer, there are certain things we feel are important for you to know.
Customs & VAT - You may be required to pay additional fees for customs and / or VAT when your package arrives. These charges are set and collected by your local authorities. You may also be charged holding fees or other charges by your local postal authority. Neon Husky has no control over these charges and we cannot refund them. Federal and international law requires us to declare all shipments leaving the United States. If you have questions regarding customs in your area, please contact your local government.
Returns - If you return an item to us due to defect or damage in shipping, we will issue you a store credit to cover the cost of customs / VAT for the item(s) you return plus an allowance to help with your shipping costs. Items returned for exchange are not eligible for this credit, so please shop carefully. If you return an item to us that has been damaged during use, not only will we be unable to refund your purchase price, but you will also receive no credit for your return shipping costs. Always check your new toys for damaged or missing parts BEFORE you play with them!
