Shipping

We normally ship via the US Postal Service. For overnight orders, we use FedEx. If you need an order sent with guaranteed overnight delivery (as opposed to Priority Mail Express's next/2nd day), please place your order by phone. USA Standard shipping has a transit time of 3-7 business days, US Expedited shipping has a transit time of 2-3 business days.

Super Saver shipping is available on all orders over $150.00. Shipping method for Super Saver shipping is at the discretion of Neon Husky. Large packages or shipments over 20 pounds may be sent via surface mail (4-6 week transit time). All international shipments will be insured (just like with the normal international method). Discount rates are subject to change without notice.

International Orders
All international orders are shipped via US Postal Service and will pass from USPS into the hands of the recipient's domestic mail system. All international shipments are sent using insured mail. If you do not receive your order within 21 days of receiving a shipment confirmation email from us, please contact us. NOTE! We cannot claim a lost shipment until 45 days after it leaves our shop.

You may be required to pay additional fees for customs and / or VAT when your package arrives. These charges are set and collected by your local authorities. You may also be charged holding fees or other charges by your local postal authority. Neon Husky has no control over these charges and we cannot refund them. Federal and international law requires us to declare all shipments leaving the United States. If you have questions regarding customs in your area, please contact your local government.

Backordered Items
If a requested item is out of stock, the order may be held up to 10 working days, then partially sent. The items that were unavailable at the time of shipping will be sent as soon as they become available. Orders will be split once at no charge. If additional splitting is requested by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply. International orders will not be split, but will be held until all items are available unless other arrangements are made with us.
