International Orders - You may be required to pay additional fees for customs and / or VAT when your package arrives. These charges are set and collected by your local authorities. You may also be charged holding fees or other charges by your local postal authority. Neon Husky has no control over these charges and we cannot refund them. Federal and international law requires us to declare all shipments leaving the United States. If you have questions regarding customs in your area, please contact your local government.

Some accessories, packaging, logos and colors may vary due to availability and / or changes from the manufacturer.

Except where color choices are offered, no guarantees are made as to color availability. For online orders, if we are temporarily out of a certain color, we will e-mail you to determine what you want us to do.

Super Saver shipping is available on all orders over $200.00. Shipping method for Super Saver shipping is at the discretion of Neon Husky. In the USA this will normally be USPS Parcel Post, for international shipments we will use USPS First-Class or Priority Mail for most shipments up to 20 pounds. Large packages or shipments over 20 pounds may be sent via surface mail (4-6 week transit time). All international shipments will be insured (just like with the normal international method). Discount rates are subject to change without notice.

If a requested item is out of stock, the order may be held up to 10 working days, then partially sent. The items that were unavailable at the time of shipping will be sent as soon as they become available. Orders will be split once at no charge. If additional splitting is requested by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply. International orders will not be split, but will be held until all items are available.

Secure Online Credit Card Transaction

Order online with confidence right through our shopping cart using your Visa or MasterCard. All transactions are routed through a secure server.

Credit Card via Telephone

You may place an order by phone using your Visa or MasterCard by going through the normal online ordering process and selecting the appropriate payment option. You can also order directly over the phone.

Pay (with a) Pal

To use the Pay (with a) Pal service, select the option and we will send you a request for funds. Your payment status will be marked as pending until payment is completed. If you have any questions, please email our sales department or consult our FAQ page.

Check or money order

Checks and money orders are welcome! You may order via our online catalog and select the "Check or Money Order" option, or you can use our printable order form. Checks must be in US funds drawn on a US bank. All money orders must be in US funds. Please allow 5-7 business days for checks to clear. Payments by money order will be processed upon receipt. There is a $30.00 charge on all returned checks. Please do not mail cash.

Collect On Delivery (COD)

This option is available within the USA only. To place a COD order, please call us at 866-55-HUSKY [48759]. There is an additional charge of $10.00 for this service.

Western Union

We do accept payments via Western Union from anywhere in the world. For more information on this option, please contact us.

You may exchange or return any product except books, videos, and custom-built items within 30 days of receiving it. Merchandise that is suitable for resale may be returned for exchange or a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receipt. Items returned within 15-30 days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns of items not suitable for resale or after 30 days will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Check your order! All items are inspected prior to shipping. We will replace or issue a refund for defective items if they have not been used. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect their order upon arrival and notify us of any problems as quickly as possible.

All returns MUST be arranged in advance. Please call or email us for information regarding the proper procedure and to receive an RMA number. Returned items that do not include a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

On all returns, we can do one of the following:

1.  Issue you a store credit certificate for the purchase price of the merchandise only.
2.  Replace the merchandise or exchange it for another item.
3.  Issue a credit to your credit card OR issue you a check for the purchase price of the merchandise only.

Neon Husky is not responsible for shipping charges on exchanges. It is recommended that you insure the package and use delivery confirmation.

Credit card refunds will be accompanied by email from us confirming receipt of your return and our credit transaction. Checks will be sent with a signature required. Refunds by check will only be mailed to the billing address on your invoice.
