Pricing

All custom orders are estimated on a case-by-case basis. No work will be started until both parties (customer and Neon Husky) have agreed upon the price for the order. If the cost of the project varies from the estimate by 15% or more, Neon Husky will contact the customer for notification and / or new instructions.

Turnaround Time

We will make every effort to complete custom orders in a timely fashion. Rush orders can be completed in 24-48 hours if materials are on hand. There is an additional $25.00 charge an all rush orders.

Payment

All custom orders require a deposit of at least 50% of the estimated cost, with the balance due upon customer receipt of the item(s).

Refunds & Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges are available on custom orders. Minor modifications will be made to "fine tune" custom-built items at no additional cost (excluding shipping, if applicable). Please be certain of your needs before finalizing any custom order.
